Baby Brenda! Preciousness abounding - and I (amy) got the birth certificate this morning - found out that she was born January 6th 2009. Yep, she's over a year old, and so so small I couldn't believe it. It is just a miracle that she is alive today. We are feeding her and praying that with good nutrition, love, and God's provision she will grow and get stronger and healthier!

Leah wih Baby Brenda. She is about a year old, but terribly malnourished. We are going to try to get her on more solid food to get her healthier faster.

Malaria Mark - praise the Lord I can write now and say that Mark is fine. Thank you all for the prayers and support - give God all the glory! This was Moday morning after the crazy night escapade.

Our room at Al-Shafa Hospital - from the doorway. Outside is a compound type area - open to all the other buildings. Hoep this helps give an idea of where we were! There WAS a wall fan on the left side of the room which was a HUGE blessing!!! Betty and I shared the bed to the right! :)

Me, Betty, Baby Mark and Miriam! Monday morning - Richard, Brenda, and Norah were taking Baby Brenda and Baby Mark to Kampala to the hospital and they stopped by to say hi!
